Shoreham-Wading River students and staff members put unity in the community by participating in Unity Day (Oct. 20). Students in Prodell’s Leadership Club continue to dedicate their time and efforts to enhance their school environment and raise awareness for mental health issues, antibullying and environmental causes. They are working together to facilitate a kindness initiative: Positive Post-It Project.

“Through this initiative, we hope to promote this month’s Wildcats with Character theme, kindness, and to encourage unity within our school community,” school counselor and club adviser Ms. Kaitlin Moriarty said.
