The SWRHS Class of 2025 took the traditional Senior Walk through Prodell Middle School, Wading River School and Miller Avenue School last week. The seniors were celebrated by the students and staff alike, getting hugs from younger siblings and high-fives from former teachers.

At Wading River School, they were greeted by the 5th Grade Band, led by Mrs. Christina Meli. The seniors also took some photos with the Revolutionary War presenters who were conducting their annual re-enactment for fourth graders.

Wading River School Principal Mr. Parrinello thanked High School Principal Mr. Pugliese for providing the opportunity for the older students to reflect one more time on how they have grown while inspiring younger students and connecting with the staff. “It is such an emotional day for all,” Mr. Parrinello said.
