Hundreds of students were welcomed back to school in the Shoreham-Wading River School District on Sept. 4. Miller Avenue School students were greeted by their new principal Claudia Smith, teachers and building staff members. Students at Wading River School, Albert G. Prodell Middle School and Shoreham-Wading River High School were welcomed back by Principal Lou Parrinello, Principal Kevin Vann and Principal Frank Pugliese, respectively. Students were also greeted by faculty and staff, and got acquainted with new teachers, classmates, routines and expectations.
