The Shoreham-Wading River School District is proud to have student Blake Wehr among its high-achieving athletes. The rising junior recently competed in the USA Track and Field National Junior Olympic Track and Field championships in Sacramento, CA. Competing in the Boys High Jump 15-16 Division, he took 7th place at the national competition. “We are all excited and proud of Blake and his amazing efforts at this event,” said District Director of Health, Physical Education, Athletics and Nurses Mark Passamonte. “His ongoing achievements and passion for his sport along with his academic accomplishments align with our district’s commitment to excellence on all levels.”
