Students in Prodell Middle School were recently treated to a performance of “The Resource Force” by The National Theatre for Children.

Sponsored by PSEG, two professional actors performed the play, engaging the students through a series of improvisational comedy sketches while teaching about resources and energy conservation.

The sixth- and seventh-graders learned some tips on energy conservation, renewable and nonrenewable resources, and how resources are used to create energy and electricity. They were also taught the difference between energy conservation and energy efficiency and practical things that everyone can do to save energy.
