Michael Huebner, a Shoreham-Wading River High School junior, took first place at the Ocean Breeze Freedom Games Invitational while competing in the 600-meter run. The Freedom Games had over 300 teams and 2,000 competitors entered throughout the day. Michael ran the 600-meter in one minute, 22 seconds. He is now ranked No. 1 on Long Island, No. 2 in New York State, and No. 7 in the United States in the 600-meter.
