Miller Avenue School second graders were in for a treat when Superintendent of Schools Mr. Gerard Poole visited Mrs. Alice Steinbrecher’s class for a read-aloud on Halloween! The ghosts and goblins listened attentively as Mr. Poole read the warm and wise “Leo, A Ghost Story.” There was nothing spooky about this wistful tale of friendship, acceptance and belonging!
