The Shoreham-Wading River High School student-run production “Last Day of School” will take place on the high school stage on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 27, 28 and 29 at 7 p.m.

The comedy/drama is directed by students Lena Leo and Taylor Franson and produced by Noah Parrinello. It is based on a script written by Ian McWethy.

The synopsis: On the final day of classes at Rochester High School, a renegade student takes over the morning announcements and proposes that everyone do something bold. Or unexpected. Or brave. The point is, they may not have another chance, so now’s the time to stop being a wallflower or to do something as simple as climb the rope in gym. This is truly a comedy with a lot of heart and no regrets.

The cast features Torre Cintorino, Nadia Grosso, Jake Hoey, Cassandra Keany, Reilly Kenneally, Madison McQuade, Ryan O'Shaughnessy, Hannah Sagat, Kyle Schiff, Sage Schiff, Hannah Scotto, Robert Tacke and Gavin Trezza.

The tech crew are Leah Carberry, Patrick Carrier, Natalie Casey, Matteo Cortina, Cole Fernandez, Sarah Hahn, Sarah Julian, Charles Licata, Harley Loscalzo, Jacob Magginpinto, Emily Miltz, Noah Parrinello, Noah Wyszomierski and Henry Wyszomierski.

Tickets are free and donations are appreciated.
