Wading River School students are once again enjoying the unique physical education obstacle course that has taken over the gymnasium. With guidance from physical education teachers Ms. Teresa Patti and Mr. John Regazzi, the Whittle Gym unit challenges students to improve their strength, coordination and stamina in a safe and imaginative environment. The gymnasium was transformed into outer space, complete with an astronaut planting the American flag on the moon surface (a creative use of plastic bags), and planets and stars. To take a break from the climbing and exploring, there are also planetary-themed books and the Wading River Space Station to discover!
