Albert G. Prodell Middle School orchestra students wowed the Board of Education and guests at the Nov. 15 BOE meeting with a preview of the winter concert. Mr. Fred Volz led the students in Brian Balmages’ “Spartacus.”

The beautiful piece was performed by Joseph Calandrillo, Alexander Crawford, Lauren Gallucci, Kai Hidaka, Christopher Joseph, Ryan Keneski, Spencer Lee, Kevin Loscalzo, Ian Margiotta-Watz, Valentina Pinos, Cole Stadler, Mia Stallone, Aiden Weng and Timothy Worthington.

The performance was a preview of the school’s winter concert on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 6:30 p.m. at Shoreham-Wading River High School.
