It may be impossible to count how many pieces of tile were used to create the colorful mural mosaic that brightens the main entrance to Wading River School, and it may be equally impossible to quantify the love and determination of all those who were involved in its ambitious creation. The result and a recent ribbon-cutting are reflections of Principal Mr. Lou Parrinello’s daily philosophy: “Let’s Make It a Great Day!”

The months of planning, creating and final installation with renowned artist Joshua Winer signifies the vision and mission of the school to explore, create, imagine and discover.
