Shoreham-Wading River High School freshman Katelyn Roberts and senior Andrea Castillo-Manas were lauded by the Board of Education at the March 22 meeting for their opinion writings that garnered first and third place, respectively, for the journalism students at the Adelphi University Press Day and Quill Awards ceremony.
