Wading River School students learned about fire safety and prevention tips during National Fire Prevention Month when volunteer members of the Wading River Fire Department stopped by to demonstrate the lifesaving tools used by firefighters, share safety tips and show the students their fire gear. Students then took a look inside a fire truck and an ambulance. The school community thanks the Wading River Fire Department for its continued dedication and service to the local community and for always being available whenever needed.
