Shoreham-Wading River High School senior Matthew Sperling was thanked at a recent Board of Education meeting for his service as the ex-officio student school board member for the 2020-21 school year. Matthew represented his peers during his service and attended regular meetings with the elected board members where he presented a report of activities and calendar of events at the high school. Matthew’s diligence and leadership were commended by Principal Frank Pugliese, who added that he will leave a positive impact on the Shoreham-Wading River community.
