Magical educational moments happen daily in Wading River School, and teachers are constantly finding innovative ways to share lessons.

When Ms. Tonia Ammirati and Ms. Meredith Trani’s fifth grade students finished their space poster projects, they came upon an idea to share them with their peers. The class went into the courtyard and presented their work to special education teacher Ms. Lynda Kranidis and her students, who stayed in the classroom so they could view the projects from a safe distance.

According to speech teacher Ms. LeeAnne Griffin who was inside the classroom, the students were on the edges of their seats and were a great audience. They even showed their appreciation with their own signs reading “Thank you!”, “Awesome job!” and “Super!”
