Dear Prodell Families,
Welcome to Albert G. Prodell Middle School! I am honored to serve as your principal, and I look forward to a wonderful year ahead with our students, staff, and families.
I am guided by the belief that strong relationships are the foundation for meaningful learning, and that belief shapes everything we do at Prodell. I also believe that every student has the ability to learn and succeed, and it is our role as educators to provide the support, encouragement, and opportunities that make that possible.
Middle school is such a pivotal time in a child's life. It is a period of growth, discovery, and change, both academically and personally. Our students are learning not only new content but also who they are and who they want to become. Through a wide variety of classes, clubs, and experiences, students have the opportunity to explore their interests and discover something they are truly passionate about. I am committed to making sure Prodell is a place where every student feels known, supported, and encouraged to take on new challenges with confidence.
I believe deeply in the value of partnership between home and school. Please know that my door is always open. I welcome your questions, your ideas, and your involvement as we work together to make this a wonderful year for our students.
I am so grateful for the opportunity to lead this school, and I look forward to a year filled with growth, learning, and community. Thank you for entrusting us with your children. Together, we will make this a great year at Prodell.
Warmly,
Claudia Smith
