Preparing for the New School Year

Dear SWR Parents and Guardians,
 
 I hope you are enjoying your summer so far and have plans for some well-deserved rest and rejuvenation!
 
To help alleviate the last minute stress of back-to-school preparations, I'm sending an early reminder about an important task: completing the Online Registration (OLR) for the 2026-2027 school year. This process is essential, as it updates important information such as emergency contacts, annual parent release agreements, and student health information.  

While the date for schedule release has not yet been finalized, please remember that completed Online Registration is required before parents and guardians can access student schedules in the Parent Portal.
 
To complete OLR:

  1. Sign into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal;
  2. Click More;
  3. Click Online Registration;
  4. Select 2026-2027 Start – at this point you will see your child(ren)'s name(s);
  5. Click Begin Registration and complete each section.
A few tips:
  • You'll find that much of the information you supplied last year has already been populated; however, you will still need to confirm or update your information and answer some questions. 
  • Complete each section by clicking Next and confirming, updating, or answering each question. Once a section is complete, it will turn green. Click Save/Continue to go onto the next section. 
  • When completing the release forms, you must open each linked document to view in order for that section to be marked as complete. 
  • If you see a red "Incomplete" after a section, that means you missed a question. Please go back and check that each item has been answered. Some common misses are:
    • Parent/Guardian section - check yes/no for Migrant Worker, check yes/no for Military
    • Student section - check yes/no for Housing
