Dear Parents and Guardians,

As a reminder, please be aware that for some grades a physical exam is required within 30 days of the first day of school.  In addition, for some grades and/or ages, there are immunizations that are required before the first day of school. Please visit the Health Office webpage to determine if your child is entering a grade or at an age within these parameters.  
 
It is a parent's/guardian's responsibility to have their child(ren) up to date with vaccinations and physicals. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your child's physician or the school nurse.
