Albert G. Prodell Middle School students learned that women in the United States did not always own the right to vote.

The excitement of the Thanksgiving holiday was hardly containable as Miller Avenue School second grade students marched in the school’s Balloons Over Miller Avenue parade, held on Nov. 25.

Miller Avenue second graders showcased their writing during the Nov. 18 Board of Education meeting, which was held at Miller Avenue School.

High School students are well on their way to becoming doctors, nurses and other important medical personnel after participating in a workshop with Stony Brook University Hospital.
