Sophomore Earns Third in NYS Pentathlon

Congratulations to Shoreham Wading River sophomore, Frankie Valenti, for an incredible performance at the NYSPHSAA State Championships! Frankie placed third in New York State for Class B in the Pentathlon, battling through five grueling events to capture a spot on the state podium.

Frankie put up a phenomenal final score of 2,962 points. He placed first overall in the hurdles and captured a personal record in the 1500, breaking five minutes.
