College Board Recognizes 43 High School AP Scholars

The program allows students to take college-level courses while in high school and to possibly earn college credit, advanced placement, or both for successful performance on these exams.
The College Board recognizes various levels of achievement.Fourteen students completed three or more AP exams with grades of 3 or higher and are designated as AP Scholars. There were 13 students designated as AP Scholars with Honor for having earned an average grade of at least 3.25 on all exams taken and 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. Additionally, 16 students were designated as AP Scholars with Distinction for having earned an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and grades of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.
The District congratulates the students on this outstanding achievement.
