First Win on New Home Field

Student athletes gathered together on field for photo with coaches.

The SWR Varsity Field Hockey team kicked off a new era on Sept. 29, delivering an electric win in our very first game on the newly renovated home field!

Here’s how the action unfolded:

  • Goal 1: #11 Madison Rizzi opened the scoring, off a great assist from #24 Mae Kilkenny!
  • Goal 2: #7 Isabella McManus doubled the lead, assisted by #15 Isabella Minnion!
  • Goal 3: #15 Isabella Minnion capped off the night by finding the back of the cage herself, assisted by #3 Zoey Verderosa!

Huge congratulations to the girls on a thrilling first game on the new turf. What a way to protect home field! Go Wildcats!
