The Shoreham-Wading River High School Student Government presented a report at the Nov. 15 Board of Education meeting. Daniel Colon, Courtney Greene, Anthony Mango, Elizabeth Sabino and Dongkai Zhang represented their peers and spoke of the fall happenings at the school. They talked about encouraging their high school classmates in becoming involved as a school community as role models for the younger students. They enjoyed the process of working toward the goal of bringing back the high school homecoming dance and parade. Courtney Greene, Class of 2023 president, was passionate in her presentation that focused on the challenges that turned into fun and the fun that turned into successful high school events.
