High School senior Keyi Chen had the opportunity to test his exceptional
mathematics abilities on the American Mathematics Contest 12, where he
scored in the top 5 percent of student test takers nationwide.
Keyi is now qualified to take the American Invitational Mathematics
Examination, which is the qualifying exam for the United States of
America Mathematical Olympiad. This series of exams leads to the
International Mathematical Olympiad, the most prestigious and difficult
secondary mathematics examination in the world.
The Shoreham-Wading River School District congratulates Keyi on this
outstanding achievement and wishes him well on the American Invitational
Mathematics Exam.
