Shoreham-Wading River High School named a Reward School

Shoreham-Wading River High School has been designated as a New York State Department of Education Reward School.

The prestigious, annual award recognizes the school’s excellent educational program and specifically its high performance with no significant gaps in achievement. The school is just one of 185 schools across New York State to receive the recognition this year.

“We are pleased to be recognized as a reward school. It is a testament to the hard work of our teachers, staff, administration and students,” said Interim Superintendent of Schools Neil Lederer.

The High School was also designated a Reward School for the 2016-2017 school year.
