Miller Avenue School students honored veterans and active military during the school’s third annual Veterans Day Breakfast.

It was virtually impossible for Wading River students to remain still and in their places as the New York City Police Department Jazz Band performed a packed program of jazz music.

Halloween spirit filled the halls of the district’s schools as students, faculty and staff celebrated the holiday with festive and creative activities. 

There were squeals of excitement as Miller Avenue students got a glimpse of the bright, red firetruck and ambulance in the school’s driveway.

Miller Avenue School held its first Wildcats with Character assembly of the 2025-2026 school year, led by Mrs. Everhart, Mrs. Conklin, and Mrs. LaBarbera.
